The primary purpose of
this agreement is to encourage builders/contractors working in
Tanglewood to adhere to all deed restrictions and observe all rules and
regulations stipulated in plan approvals. In addition, a plan approval
fee of $250 now will be charged for new homes, swimming pools, or
construction projects that change the footprint or add additional living
or storage area above an existing building that exceeds a cost of
$25,000.
